Child safety and abuse reporting
Our commitment
Utilsy does not tolerate child sexual abuse or exploitation (CSAE), grooming of minors, or the sharing of illegal content involving children. We investigate reports promptly and take appropriate action, including reporting to authorities where required.
How to report
If you encounter content or behavior on Utilsy services that may harm a child, or that appears to depict or promote child sexual abuse, please contact us immediately at support@utilsy.com. Include as much of the following as you can:
- What you observed (description of the content or behavior)
- Approximate date and time
- Links, ticket IDs, usernames, or other identifiers that help us find the material
- Whether the situation appears urgent or ongoing
Do not send or forward illegal images or videos. If you have encountered apparent CSAM, report it to your local law enforcement and, where applicable in the United States, to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) CyberTipline.
What we do with reports
We review child safety reports as a priority. We may preserve relevant records, remove content or restrict accounts, and notify law enforcement or designated agencies when required by law. We will not retaliate against anyone making a good-faith report.
Response time
We aim to acknowledge reports within a few business days and to complete an initial review promptly. Complex cases may take longer, especially when coordination with authorities is necessary.
